Jazz and Leadership lectures and performances in Finland and the Nordic countries
Jari Perkiömäki
After my doctoral degree (2002), which studied improvisation, I have developed a workshop-style training suitable for organizations and the business world, based on the collaboration and teamwork in a jazz band. In the training I always have a band of skilled professional musicians with me.
So as part of my career in music, I have been involved in numerous corporate events where jazz music is used to learn about smooth management and teamwork. Many large Finnish and international companies, such as KONE, Wärtsilä and Yleisradio, have bravely visited my workshops.
